NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the By-Laws of the Company, the annual meeting of the stockholders of BANNING HEIGHTS MUTUAL WATER COMPANY will be held Monday, May 11, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Banning City Hall Council Chambers, 99 E. Ramsey Street, Banning, CA 92220.
